This INTA roundtable, presented in collaboration with Cuatrecasas, will consider the situation of trademark dispute mediation in Europe from the perspective of IP institutions that provide mediation services. We will analyze these institutions’ mediation experiences, will familiarize attendees with mediation proceedings, and will answer the questions that possible clients may have when deciding whether or not to use mediation to resolve an ongoing dispute.
