Chiomenti, Cuatrecasas, Gide and Gleiss Lutz are pleased to invite you to an online session that will be held on July 9 from 5 p.m. The session will focus on the impact of the current global economic crisis and on real estate trends and opportunities in each of the firms’ jurisdictions: Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and Germany.

The guest speaker will be Manish Srivastava, who will talk about the current economic crisis and its impact on the global real estate industry. With over 28 years of industry and academic experience in real estate, Prof. Srivastava is a clinical professor of real estate finance, investments, and development at New York University. He is also a visiting professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as at SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, Italy. Manish is also the managing partner of Sidhant Capital Partners, an international real estate investment and advisory firm.

The session will be structured into three blocks: first, a general session led by the guest speaker; second, five simultaneous sessions focusing on the jurisdictions of the European Network; and third, several “cocktail rooms”, where you will have the opportunity to meet professionals in the sector from different countries.
