Day 1 and 2: legal foundations regarding the legal liability (in what is known as civil, family, labor, criminal, contractual, constitutional, commercial, administrative/public, international, organizational, and human field/context) of (natural/physical and moral/legal) persons/entities related to artificial intelligence (that is, explanation of the legal basis in relation to artificial intelligence, AI – legal clarity and validity -).

Day 3 and 4: legal foundations regarding consumer rights and electronic commerce.

Day 5 and 6: legal foundations regarding the public sector and the national, foreign, and international context.

Day 7 to 9: legal foundations regarding the automation of organizational activity.

Day 10: legal foundations regarding the diligent management of artificial intelligence projects.

Day 11: legal foundations regarding the definition/design/creation and application of good legal practices on artificial intelligence.

Day 12: legal foundations regarding the indicators of artificial intelligence legal validity.

Day 13: legal foundations about good (legal) practices regarding (on – for -) artificial intelligence.Precision about course focus: the course does not focus on local laws/norms but on explaining the foundation of law (that is, the legal basis) in relation to artificial intelligence (which is universal – global, worldwide -).
